This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Planning as well as in-depth project management, management of team members, and heavy writing, proof reading and editing responsibilities.
The ideal candidate must have:
5+ years experience in project coordination and management of others
10+ years experience in Executive Support
Experience working with firms/agencies associated with Government
Agencies and the fields of Planning, Design, Real Estate, Development
Knowledge of ArcGIS or similar mapping and geo-coding program or proven ability to learn new software programs with limited training (self-training)
Exception writing skills for business writing, proofing, editing and preparing succinct summaries on project status, with limited direction or background.
Degree in Urban Planning preferred
