POSITION: Project Manager – Planning and Entitlement
LOCATION: Lennar Urban, San Francisco
REPORTS TO: Director of Planning, Lennar Urban 
POSITION SUMMARY:  Responsible for land use planning and entitlements, environmental analysis, directing consultant teams, and engaging effectively with community members and City agencies.
Education/Training:   A Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning or related field.  A Master’s Degree is preferred.
Experience:   Five+ (5+) years of progressively responsible experience.  Incumbent should have:
  • Knowledge of city planning and entitlement programs and processes, and permitting with regulatory agencies, or, the ability to learn these processes within a short period of time.
  • Demonstrated experience working with CEQA, implementation and monitoring of EIR mitigations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Initiative and independent decision-making capacity
  • Proven ability to effectively solve problems and communicate well verbally and in writing
  • A sense of humor

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.  May operate a motor vehicle.
