Are you interested in developing the skills necessary to be a future local government manager? If so, the village of Kenilworth may have the perfect opportunity for you. Due to the advancement of the current Management Analyst, the Village is seeking the next dedicated individual. In addition to serving the community, the successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to gain career-enhancing experience in a range of local government services including: special projects, finance operations, customer service delivery, and drafting ordinances and resolutions. This is in addition to the typical range of front-line customer service in a community where our residents refer to you by name.

The Village is seeking candidates with a Master of Public Administration or similar degree from an accredited university for this full-time, exempt position. The Management Analyst will be mentored by and report directly to the Village Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as an administrative intern for a municipal government or have similar experience. The anticipated annual salary is $48,000+/- in addition to a strong benefit package.
