Starting salary $2,806/mo or higher DOQ. Responsibilities include: prepare planning documents, proposals, presentations and grant applications; participate in urban and regional transportation planning, transportation alternatives, freight, transportation improvement programming, long range planning, technical analysis. Facilitate project and public meetings. Prepare plans using a variety of resources, including data sources, internet, documents, reports, surveys and personal contact.

Prepare and disseminate information in suitable format through extensive interaction with internal and external contacts. Successful candidate will posses exceptional organizational planning, verbal and written communication, project management, analytical and problem solving. Strong computer skills required. Previous experience with transportation planning and analysis, research and reporting, public involvement and grant writing is preferred.
