Limited-term contract position available. Normal Work Days/Hours: Varies; Non-traditional afternoon, evening, and weekend hours. Responsible for growing, implementing, and tracking A4P’s efforts to develop the skills, consciousness, and involvement of grassroots neighborhood leaders. Plays a key role in planning and implementing policy campaign activities to exercise grassroots power and developing a sustained and democratic organization. Serves as a liaison between internal programs, neighborhood leadership, and community partners. 

REQUIRES high school graduation or at least 3 years of experience in community organizing or public affairs. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen as prescribed by the City. 

Preference given to candidates with experience in grassroots leadership development programs, including curricula development, training, and tracking systems.
