Graduate Assistantship Available at the College of Medicine Spring 2011
The Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) Office at the College of
Medicine is seeking a 50% (20 hours/week during normal business hours)
graduate assistant for the upcoming Spring 2011 semester. The ideal
candidate should be able to commit to at least a year and a half
(preferably 2 years) to the assistantship and have excellent oral and
written communication skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Taking Minutes for meetings
-Occasional literature searches for the Associate Deans
-Data analysis of course evaluations for the Essentials of Clinical
Medicine (ECM)and Essentials of Clinical Practice and Professionalism
(ECP&P)
-Reserving College of Medicine Rooms for medical students and/or College
of Medicine events
-Updating the UGME website
-General office aide duties
