Two Positions with Education Nonprofit OneGoal - Chicago, IL

Director of Data Analysis: The ideal candidate will not only have the technical skills to analyze complex sets of data, but also a keen and remarkable ability to diagnose the core problem, and lead others to identify and envision unique opportunities for pursuing or embarking on innovative, ground-breaking solutions. This person would be inspired by data as a means to innovation, and be able to inspire and lead other members of the OneGoal team, as well. S/he could come from a variety of backgrounds and sectors, but certainly be deeply aligned to our mission. Perhaps s/he was a consultant? Or worked at Google? Perhaps s/he helped others problem solve and build systems in a completely different sector?

Director of Individual Giving: The ideal candidate
will not only have the organization and planning skills necessary to move a significant portfolio through the development continuum at OneGoal, he or she will also be
relationship-builder who sees opportunities to engage potential and current funders in new and innovative ways. S/he is extremely results-oriented and can easily adapt to hit big goals. Next year, the Director of Individual Giving will be responsible for driving towards over 40% of the Chicago team's
revenue goal
. While prior fundraising experience is helpful, it is not mandatory. The ability to work well on a team, engage with people of all types of backgrounds and be incredibly compelled by our mission-- in order to translate his or her belief to others-- will be critical. Maybe this is someone who is hard working, but looking for a career change?
