Summary: 

Are you a graduating student or a recent grad?  Join our Pathways Recent Graduate Program! This one-year program offers professional and technical training, mentoring and developmental opportunities. We are currently filling multiple vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Duties: 

At GSA, our Project Manager perform the following duties:

  • Project Manager: Project Managers work on a wide array of assignments. They determine appropriate products or services with clients or customers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverable's. Project Managers also develop, modify, and provide input to project plans. They implement project plans to meet objectives, while also coordinating and integrating project activities. One can expect to manage, lead, and administers project resources as well.
Who We Are Looking For: 

Talented, motivated students who are looking to build their career at GSA, and who:

  • Will graduate by June 30, 2023.
  • Will be available to start work in August 2023.
  • Have graduated within the past 2 years (or within 6 years for eligible veterans)
  • Are U.S. Citizens (As a federal agency, all of our employees must be U.S. Citizens)
Requirements: 

Conditions of Employment: 
  • US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)

If you participate in our Pathways Recent Graduates program, you will be required to:

  • Receive at least 40 hours of formal training directly linked to your employment field in addition to soft skill training
  • Serve a trial period, which will allow your supervisor to evaluate your conduct and performance on the job and determine if our appointment will become final
  • Sign a participant agreement
Education: 

In order to be placed in a permanent position after completing the Pathways Recent Graduates program, you must:

  1. Meet the qualification requirements for the position you are being placed in.
  2. Maintain an acceptable performance under GSA's approved performance management system.
  3. Receive a favorable recommendation from your supervisor at the end of the program.
  4. Meet all the training and development requirements outlined in the GSA Pathways policy.

GSA is not obligated to make an offer of permanent employment to you after you have completed the Program.

Relocation expenses will NOT be paid.
