About the Role

We are seeking a self-driven, highly competent US-based Associate (location flexible). This individual will be responsible for:

Project Management

  • Developing project strategies with project managers and directors.
  • Designing and confirming project plans, workstreams, and deadlines
  • Supporting the execution of project plans and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with the highest quality. 
  • Taking on project tasks that may include writing, editing, and building presentations.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project timelines, and budgets
  • Providing administrative support as needed - billing, subcontractor/vendor management, invoicing, etc.
  • Facilitating and documenting internal and client meetings, and converting to action steps.
  • Handling and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

Research & Analysis

  • Defining, conducting, and packaging research for public and private sector clients.
  • Researching policy, markets and market trends, demographics, and performing data collection, review, and cleaning. 
  • Analyzing policy and various business/market information, and documenting potential implications and considerations. 

Drafting & Reporting

  • Developing reports, memos, presentations, proposals that are client-ready for review by senior team members and partners
  • Summarizing and packaging analyses for internal and external consumption. 

Presentation & Communication

  • Communicating project needs and updates with internal team members and clients.
  • Delivering Client presentations and facilitating meetings
  • Supporting firm marketing and social media efforts 

Location

Work from home with option for co-working arrangements, depending on geography. 

Salary

Compensation will be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year depending on experience and location.

The candidate ideally has 6-8 years of experience.

Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience. 
  • Consulting or equivalent industry experience. 
  • History of complex project or program management.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree preferred. 

About the Role

We are seeking a self-driven, experienced, highly competent US-based Senior Associate (location flexible). This individual will be responsible for: 

  • Managing project teams, budgets, and deliverables. 
  • Developing project work plans and client strategies.
  • Serving as the key point of contact for various client engagements.
  • Conducting market research and synthesizing actionable insights that drive strategic priorities for clients.
  • Reviewing and analyzing policy/regulatory documents and developing actionable insights for clients.
  • Preparing client-ready deliverables such as slide decks, graphic analysis, and written reports and memos.
  • Supporting business development efforts, including leading RFP responses.
  • Designing project plans and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with the highest quality. 
  • Leading/facilitating meetings and providing internal and external stakeholders with documentation and support. 
  • Contributing to internal firm operations. 


Location

Work from home with option for co-working arrangements. 

Salary

Compensation will be between $90,000 and $110,000 per year depending on experience.
