UIC Business/Administrative Associate - Graduate Administration

Business/Administrative Associate - Graduate Administration

This position works directly with the University of Illinois at Chicago Graduate
College Associate Deans and the Executive Assistant Dean to provide direction and
support for college fellowship and related awards programs and committees. Employees
in this position also coordinate and manage events along with assisting leadership
on special projects related to graduate students and programs. The salary range for
this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a field related to
the position. Related fields include any major in Liberal Arts and Sciences
(Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences or Sciences) and/or Education.

2. Two years of professional level managerial and/or business experience, one year
of which was at an administrative level

3. Experience with graduate education
