Fund-raising Database Coordinator*
A Chicago non-profit agency serving older adults seeks a part-time
coordinator to manage its fundraising database. Prompt turnaround is
required; however, work hours are very flexible. It may be possible to
complete assignments off-site. The position supports the Development
Officer with the following:
* Data entry for and oversight of the Development database (Sage FR50)
* Creating reports and mailing lists
* Interact with agency’s IT director to ensure back-up functions are
in place
Preferred candidate will have:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word
* Proficiency with complex databases, e.g.;
marketing/cohorts/membership/sales, etc.
* Knowledge of development/fund-raising databases useful but not
required
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
Salary range: $15-$23 per hour, depending on qualifications. Benefits
are not available.
