Position Summary
This position coordinates all aspect of PPMA academic programs, including student recruitment, application processing, student advising, administrative organization, and communication. Works closely with the director of academic program support, department head, and program directors.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary contact person for graduate students providing guidance on course and program requirements, advising, course registration, evaluating student's progress, and degree requirements.
- In consultation with the program committees, implements admissions policies and procedures; including record management and application processing. Provides prospective students with program and admission requirements.
- Educates students regarding college, university, and campus policies procedures. Interprets and enforces academic policies.
- Provides students with information on internships and job opportunities. Assists with career planning and coordinates alumni career panels. Coordinates career development fair with UPP and the Dean's office.
- Coordinates student recruitment activities, including hosting information sessions and attending campus open houses.
- Assists in creating marketing and promotional materials and manages social media websites.
- Coordinates with student organizations to offer extracurricular and professional development opportunities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated work experience in student/academic advising, admissions, counseling or other related field in an institution of higher learning. Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, and social media platforms is required. Ability to exercise professional discretion and judgment in student interactions and advising.
