Full-time position available. Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 

Works closely with the Director and Deputy Director and manages the direction, administration, and technical support of over 150 municipal structures. Oversees the division's budget, personnel, planning, renovation, maintenance, and operations for all the facilities/structures at various locations. Coordinates major capital improvements, and demonstrates knowledge of municipal facilities management programs and services. 

REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or public administration or other appropriate disciplines and 8 years of experience in varied public or private sector programs, including 4 years of progressively responsible administrative and supervisory experience in a business setting.
