Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Public Administration or a related field at the time of appointment. Applicants should have a significant research record or have the potential to develop one. The selected candidate will be expected to teach courses general Public Management with emphasis on Human Resources Management in the core BPA, MPA and PhD programs.
