Job Description
Reviews plans and developments for code conformance, prepares reports and ordinance changes, provides staff support to Board of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commission and Town Council, supervises staff and manages plan processing and permitting as well as Zoning Ordinance enforcement.
Requires an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning or related field, and 5 to 7 years of professional planning or zoning experience in the public or private sector. Master's degree preferred. CZA or AICP Certification required.
