Title: Associate Chief Quality Officer, Data Insights

Type: full-time

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay: Salary Range: $202,187 to $250,382

Summary: This position provides strategic quality analytics direction and leadership in support of UI Health's organizational and quality performance and improvement goals. Engages in strategic planning with the Chief Quality Officer to define quality and safety improvement goals, develop the roadmap, and prioritize quality analytics initiatives. Collaborates with UI Health clinical teams, business units, University of Illinois at Chicago's health sciences colleges, and external vendors to implement innovative quality analytics solutions. Leads through all phases of quality analytics life cycles; including identification, development, implementation, support, and analysis. Partners with the Chief Quality Officer, the departments of Quality Performance and Improvement, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Risk/Patient Safety and HIM/Coding to fully leverage the quality analytics and statistical analysis capabilities within associated technology platforms.INTERNAL LINK: https://uic.csod.com/ui/internal-career-site/app/job-details/16930
