What: Seeking a zoning administrator in the wireless industry.
We review zoning codes and maps, make recommendation to various wireless providers as to the abilities to erect towers in a given location. Once a site is chosen it is the zoning administrator’s responsibility to put together the application materials, make presentations to local governing bodies and then pull all of the necessary permits. Good verbal and written abilities are an essential. Also, there is quite a bit of travel associated with the position so the candidate must be aware of this and able to travel throughout the country. The chosen candidate will be reporting to me. I have a master’s degree in planning and look for someone who is knowledgeable about planning.
