Zoning Administrator, Augusta, GA


Zoning Administrator - Under the supervision of the Development Services Manager, this position is responsible for activities related to interpretation and application of development codes and ordinances, the review and processing of development proposals and zoning code enforcement. This positon is also responsible for supervising the maintenance of development-related records, maintaining databases, and researching and recommending changes to development codes, ordinances and development review procedures. 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in planning, public administration, architecture or a related field - Master Degree Preferred. 
Experience: Six (6) years’ experience in planning, public administration, architecture or a related field
