Multiple positions, The Cook County Department of Public Health

The Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) is excited to share
positions that are posted for hire to support successful execution of
Partnerships to Improve Community Health (PICH).

  *   Program Coordinator - School & Community Health
  *   Grant Analyst


PICH is a multi-million dollar grant supporting implementation of
interventions leading to policy, systems and environmental changes
addressing the leading risk factors associated with chronic disease.
Interventions in suburban Cook County, Illinois will focus on advancement
of smoke-free housing, healthy corner store conversions, active
transportation plans and policies, enhanced physical education in schools,
and strengthened clinical-community linkages.
