Green Bay, WI (pop. 104,779) Progressive city with an excellent quality of life located in north eastern Wisconsin seeks professional individual to perform the plan review & coordinating inspections functions and providing technical support to the inspection staff in the Community Services Department.
Successful candidates will have well developed communication skills and three years of experience. Candidates will be required to have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture along with a UDC state certification in building inspection or the ability to obtain within 1 year of employment. Also required to be a WI Registered Architect or Professional Engineer or obtain the WI license within one year.
Salary is $70,000 +/- DOQ. The City provides an excellent benefit package.
