Salary Range: $19.82 - $33.21/hour

Responsibilities
Works with the development community, residents of the community, the City Plan Commission and the Board of Zoning Adjustment. Reviews plans and evaluates the zoning and development code to develop staff reports for the requested variances and platting of subdivisions. Writes reports and does research and makes professional presentations to the public and boards. Utilizes knowledge in key planning principles, analytical thinking, mapping, and a variety of computer skills.

Qualifications
REQUIRES an accredited Master's degree in planning; OR an accredited Bachelor's degree and 2 years professional experience in community, urban or regional planning work.
