Program Director of Equity Education Initiatives - Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy, University of Illinois Chicago

The Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy at the University of Illinois Chicago is hiring a full-time, contract-funded Program Director of Equity Education Initiatives.

We are looking for an amazing candidate who will be responsible for working with IRRPP staff to design and implement a comprehensive training plan focused on all aspects related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and practical experience with creating and facilitating equity-focused workshops and trainings, engaging social justice pedagogy, as well as managing multiple projects.

Salary range: $75,000-$95,000
