Responsibilities:
The Community Development Analyst is responsible for supporting the Community Development Managing Director in the production of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) eligible loans. The support includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the underwriting of constructions and permanent loans on affordable properties, preparing loan presentations for Committee approval, conducting loan guarantor analysis, monitoring the loan portfolio, working with Community Development Investments on joint transactions, and assisting in relationship management for Community development portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Formal credit training and 2 - 4 years’ experience preferred
  • Detail oriented - Strong critical thinking ability
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of affordable housing financing programs including LIHTC, Section 8, AHP and other Community Development Finance tools is strongly preferred
