Maximus is looking for YOU!  We are looking for an Outreach Coordinator working with our LA paternity project.

The Outreach Coordinator conducts in-person trainings with hospital and birthing center staff across the state on the importance of having both parents documented on a child’s birth certificate. He/she also builds relationships with local community partner organizations to help inform expectant families on the birth documentation process.

** Remote (LA) position with 20% Travel within the state of Louisiana**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.

- Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.

- Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.

- Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.

- Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.

- Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement - operational policy changes.

- Stay updated on project details and changes.

- Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.

- Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.

- Travel is required in the state of Louisiana- Must have reliable transportation
- Must reside in the state of Louisiana- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to conduct presentations to a large group of people

Minimum Salary
18.30
