Loan Portfolio Analyst - Cinnaire Corporation

Job Summary: The Loan Portfolio Analyst works with the Portfolio Management (PM) team of Cinnaire Lending. The Portfolio Management team is charged with the oversight and administration of all tax credit deals in the Cinnaire Lending portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Perform quarterly and annual reporting on loans in Cinnaire Lending’s portfolio.
  2. Assist in updating and developing the Portfolio Management database.
  3. Assist in maintenance of data integrity across various teams. 
  4. Collect, review, and track property occupancy, rent collections, and loan and grant covenant compliance. 
  5. Assist in the review of reserve requests for permanent 
  6. Assist in the draw review requests for construction and pre-development loans and line of credits
  7. Assist in monitoring and completing Cinnaire-led physical inspections as well as scheduling and reviewing property needs assessment reports.
  8. Assist with the forward loan conversion process.
  9. Review watch-list properties, assist in analysis of performance.
  10. Assist in monitoring and tracking loan maturity and loan payoffs.
  11. Provide analysis of loan extension and modification requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study (Urban Planning, Finance, Business, Real Estate). 
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a professional real estate setting. 
  • Experience analyzing multifamily operating data to identify issues and plan improvements preferred.
  • Experience reviewing construction draws and monitoring construction process preferred. 
  • Strong Microsoft Suite and general technological proficiency required.
  • Valid driver license required.
