Title: Management and Budget Intern, Village Manager's Office & Finance Department

Position Summary: The Village of Hinsdale is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management & Budget Intern to support both the Village Manager’s Office and the Finance Department. This year-round internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Village Manager and Chief Financial Officer on special projects, budget preparation, and organizational initiatives. The intern will assist with assembling the annual operating and capital budgets, supporting cross-departmental special projects, conducting research and analysis, reviewing and developing policy and procedural documents (including a Purchasing Policy Manual), and helping review and update Village website content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
