Real Estate Administrator - Ware Realty Group

What:
Real Estate Administrator needed for Ware Realty Group (WRG), a M/W/DBE, full service real estate brokerage firm.

This position is designed for an organized person, with a strong ability to multitask. Looking for a strategic and self motivated candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit and career-driven mindset. A can-do attitude is a must, along with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to daily/weekly project needs.
Duties include but not limited to:

The Real Estate Administrator will be responsible for providing support to Ware Realty Group’s CEO. Required to meet deadlines in a moving environment and develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with the ability to complete projects on time.
  • Create documents such as letters, memoranda and other business-related correspondence.
  • Create, revise and distribute marketing materials including brochures, proposals, submarket updates, market analyses, and other relevant documents as needed.
  • Coordinate/manage mailings and email broadcasts 
  • Manage email distribution process and list updates and report on activity via CRM system.
  • Overseeing online activities and footprint (create and distribute press releases. social media posting and maintenance, other online activities/projects as needed) 
  • Develop and maintain system for WRG’s Request for Proposal (RFP) 
  • Represent WRG at RFP meetings 
  • Assist in responding to RFP’s 
  • Prospect new opportunities and contact leads 
  • Schedule appointments with prospective/current clients. 
  • Co-develop, coordinate, and manage marketing campaigns 
  • Complete research as necessary

Position Requirements: 

  • 4-year college degree preferred or professional work experience
  • Urban planning or real estate background preferred. 
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various needs. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. 
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented. 
  • Ability to see the “big picture” and work hard. 
  • Ability to work well and be productive in a small, independent environment.

Hours:

  • 10 -15 hours per week, with 90-day evaluation period.
  • Potential for full time employment and bonus opportunity. 
  • Salary - $25.00/hour
